A homeless Ossining man is suing hip-hop artist Eminem for $9 million, according to AllHipHop.com. The website says plaintiff Stephen Lee Pieck was in White Plain's Legal Seafood restaurant with Christina Aguilera and her husband on September 9, 2010. Pieck claims that while they were there, Aguilera handed him a phone that had rapper Eminem on the line. Pieck, who lists his address in the suit as "homeless," says he then gave Eminem the idea for his "Born of Fire" Chrysler commercial, which premiered during last year's Super Bowl. Pieck has filed his lawsuit in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
