Hackley Seniors Carolyn King and Kathleen Sullivan were recognized as Academic All-Americans

The National Academic Field Hockey Squad program recognizes those high school seniors who have achieved a cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 or the equivalent through the first quarter of the 2011-12 school year, have maintained a strong academic record throughout high school, and who have achieved a high level of play throughout their field hockey career.

This is an honor that recognizes the true student athlete -- someone who maintains a high level of academic achievement while playing at the highest level and being a leader on her team. Both Carolyn King and Kathleen Sullivan embody the meaning and spirit of this honor. -- Jenny Leffler, Varsity Field Hockey coach

Wolf signs with Duke

Hackley's A.J. Wolf made it offiicial as he is signed a National Letter of Intent to play football at Duke Feb. 1.

Hackley girls roll

Hackley's girls basketball squad continued to stay unbeaten with a 53-36 triumph against visiting Fieldston Feb. 1.

Allie Coppolla continued her amazing year by garnering 21 points and 20 rebounds.

Teammates Nia Yancopoulas and Allie Mueller contributed 14 and 7 points respectively.
