Celebrate this Mother's Day by bettering the birthing conditions of another mother abroad!
The Afya Foundation's maternal health campaign Wazazi: Supporting Maternal Health wants you to celebrate Mother's Day while supporting mothers abroad. We are hosting a shopping event at the Estherwood Mansion at the Masters School on May 10th. Here, you will be able to purchase gifts for Mother's Day or simply in general! All proceeds from this event will go towards Wazazi and will bring better maternal health care to mothers and infants abroad.
You will also be able to purchase a birthkit for $25 to send to mothers in need. It will contain items to help reduce infenction during birth. Some items included are hand sanitizer, soap, gloves, baby blankets and beanie hats.
