Each candidate will be given two minutes for an opening statement (on background and reasons for running). The next nine minutes per side are devoted to a prepared statement answering the questions:
- What are the most important issues in Sleepy Hollow today that you can't do anything about?
- What are the most important issues in Sleepy Hollow today that you can affect and what do you propose to do about them?
Finally, are questions from the audience (two minutes per side, one minute for rebuttal), which should be interesting considering this tends to be savvy group. Closing statements are allotted at two minutes per candidate.
