A discussion of the criteria for selecting art for public spaces and the process for submitting art for consideration.
Inspired by Hudson River Explorers, an exhibition of preparatory designs by Holly Sears, at the Hudson River Museum through October 13, and unveiled at the Tarrytown Station, summer 2012, the Museum and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority discuss the parameters for selecting and installing art in public spaces.
