Write and discuss new poems each week, and read work of established poets that are relevant. Depending on the progress of the group there may be reading at the end or a simple chapbook created with the poetry of the workshop participants.

The workshop is funded by Poets & Writers, Inc. with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.
