The National Weather Service has upgraded their snow prediction for Tuesday, adding more inches on than before. They promise flurries on Wednesday and Thursday in Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown.
From the NWS for Tuesday in 10591:
Snow, mainly before 3pm. High near 34. West wind 5 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.
