Elizabeth Mascia Center Honors Lillis Couple
Kathy Deuel and Joe Lillis were the guests of honor at this year's 9th annual Elizabeth Mascia Child Care Center's Autumn Gala and Auction.
The Elizabeth Mascia Child Care Center (EMCCC) raised much needed funds for the children entrusted in our care and honored some locals at their 9th Annual Autumn Gala and Auction on November 8th at Abigail Kirsch at Tappan Hill. We also did a slide show presentation in honor of.
EMCCC is committed to providing quality child care and educational services to our community. Our programs cover infants to school-age children with parent education and scholarships to families who need assistance.
This year EMCCC is proud to honor Kathy Deuel Lillis and Joe Lillis. It is our custom to have the prior year's honoree introduce the new honorees. Last year's honorees were: Eileen and Walter Feugerson.

Kathy and Joe are champions of our community and our Center. Joe is best known for his long service to the Public Schools of the Tarrytowns as trustee and President of the Board of Education. Kathy joins her husband Joe in her commitment to the public schools through her service on various PTAs. Both are actively involved with the Historical Society of Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown. In addition, Kathy served on the EMCCC Board of Directors for 12 years, including one year as its president.
Kathy and Joe reside in Sleepy Hollow where they raised their three children all of whom attended EMCCC.
