The National Weather Service predicts snow Feb. 18 with possibly some rain on top. Rain and snow showers also possible on Wednesday.
Another 2-4 inches for Putnam, Rockland and northern Westchester counties, says the Winter Weather Advisory.
"Certainly appears the storm will have impacts on the morning commute and possibly into the evening commute as well," says Hudson Valley Weather.
Accuweather warns of bands of heavy snow, and possible thunder and lightning.
