Things to Do With The Kids on President's Week

Check out these fun suggestions for kids on Presidents' break February 21-25, 2011!

Looking for things to do this President's Week with the kids?
You don't have to travel far  for some good family times this February  break. There are plenty of  fun things to do right here Westchester.   

,  located in Ardsley, is a modern industrial event space on the cutting edge of special event venues.  Life offers an abundance of fun for all ages; arcade games, AMF Mini-Bowling, Laser Tag and a climbing wall are just a few of the numerous event activity possibilities.

Next Week, they are offering the "Presidents Vacation Week Drop Off" 11 a.m. -2 p.m., Monday-Friday . Mention "Patch/12presidents" or "CODE12WINTERBREAK" thru presidents week for half-price admission. There will be lunch specials, inflatables and additional couches for comfort.

, located  in RyeBrook offers a great selection of art classes for all ages. They also offer seasonal workshops as well as one-on-one tutoring.

It will be  open next week from 10 a.m. to  5:30 p.m.  for classes on painting, sculptures or pottery using a  kiln.  Also build a pet, classes are being offered Wednesday from 9:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. The Mom + Me + Thursday for children 3 to 6 years of age is being from offered Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00a.m. Must call to enroll in the  class . It has batting cages, two regulation futsal turf fields for team training, instruction, recreation and competitive programs for both youth and adults.

Stone Barn Center, located in Pocantico Hills, is offering  a winter camp from Feb. 22 to Feb. 25.

The  camp is designed to bring students in kindergarten through 5th grade to the farm during winter vacation weeks. Each session includes garden work, animal chores, farm crafts, games, and nature hikes. Students will explore the farm-to-table connection as they harvest and prepare a full seasonal meal in the kitchen.
