Created with a strong focus on sustainability and the highest quality American-made products and locally-sourced materials, American Dream Home 2012 is an authentic treasure that combines modern convenience, enjoyable living, and minimal environmental impact. The unique townhome design features signature architecture inspired by traditional Hudson River Valley estates.

Hudson Harbor luxury maintenance-free community offers resort style amenities just steps away from the Tarrytown train station, where 25 daily express trains arrive at Grand Central Station in 36 minutes. Plus, the $10 million mile-long Riverwalk and waterfront park are on site, offering an eco-friendly way to enjoy this shoreline neighborhood.

Award-winning Interior Designer Susan Anthony of Anthony-Wright Interiors has been working her magic inside the Dream Home. “We’ve packed a lot of cool ideas into this compact carriage house,” said Anthony. “When we designed the interiors, we wanted to show that you can take some traditional pieces that you love—we used some American antiques and artifacts—perhaps use them differently, and blend them with new choices to form a different design story and way of living.”
