With regard to the Halloween festivities that take place in Sleepy Hollow, this is a great start for the village. I believe they should dress up Beekman Avenue a bit more, to enhance the atmosphere. I believe the Village's future should be more geared toward tourism. That is where its future lies. Not in developing a landlocked parcel for housing.
Imagine the GM property designed as an Old World hamlet focusing on commercial tourist based developement. That is what will turn the Village around, not overcrowding a hard to access lot. A ferry dock, tram from the train station... I believe that is where we should be looking.
