Before this the Village will be holding a short vigil at 5:30 p.m. in front of Village Hall at 28 Beekman Avenue for the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy.
Local clergy will say a few words, people will light candles, and bells will be tolling the bell 26 times, one for each victim. Please come.
Trustee Susan MacFarlane writes: "We hope that it will give people an opportunity to grieve, to show support for all those affected and to be together with their neighbors."
