Jenn Press Arata from That's SO Jenn, Confessions of a Foodie (thatssojenn.com) will be cooking up some fantastic dishes and showing how to use Pure Mountain products. Riverview Wines will be pairing wines for your enjoyment. Come join us for a night of education and socializing. The last event sold out in 2 hours so buy your ticket earlyhere! Tickets are only $15 for 4-courses and wine. That can't be beat. Menu is as follows:
1. Cream of mushroom soup with garlic mushroom olive oil and truffle sea salt.
2. Strawberry or cranberry compote over baked brie with chocolate balsamic vinegar
3. Rosemary grilled chicken with rosemary olive oil over tri-color couscous salad with mission olive oil (and possibly lemon white balsamic vinegar)
4. Chipotle Quesadilla
