"Senior Steps" at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center

Part of the Vitality Initiative at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, Senior Steps includes health screenings, nutrition education, exercise, and special events for seniors.  The club meets from 10:00 - 11:30 am in various locations throughout the hospital.  Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, 701 North Broadway, Sleepy Hollow.  Registration is required.  Call 914-366-3937.
