To register a float or group to participate in the parade, go to www.sleepyhollowchamber.com or call the Tarrytown Rec Dept at 631-8347. 
Prizes for Best Costume, Best Float, Best Group, Best Volunteer Band, Best Overall and Finding Waldo. Block Party includes, DJ, Band following DJ, prizes, entertainment and food.  Rain Date, Oct 27th
