Briarcliff Manor, NY…One of the region’s
most beautiful restaurants, with stunning Hudson Views, Haymount House, invites
patrons for a delicious four course menu and fabulous entertainment with the
Stephanie Biddle Quarter on New Years Eve. Cost for first seatings at 5:30 or
6:30 pm is $75 per person and includes the four course meal and a glass of
Champagne. The second seatings are at 8:30 or 9:30pm and includes live jazz
beginning at 9:30 pm – 1:00 am, a glass of Champagne at Midnight and the four
course menu, for $ 150 per person. Alcoholic beverages, tax and gratuity not
included for any seating.  

Stephanie Biddle has showcased her vocal
talents on soundtracks of Hollywood films like “The Whole Nine Yards,“ on
television in VH1‘s Diva’s Christmas Carol” where she performed a duo with
Vanessa Williams, and countless other productions. Stephanie’s illustrious
career has spanned the globe and recently, she has been steadily entertaining
audiences in the greater New York area, gracing such stages as The landmark University
Club, Florence Gould Theatre, the famed Plaza Hotel’s Oak Room, the Regal
Waldorf Astoria and Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Dizzy’s Coca Cola Club

Some menu choices for New Years Eve include Wild Mushroom Risotto Roasted Root
Vegetables, Reggianno Parmigianno, Brown Butter, Pappardelle Pasta with Shrimp,
Scallop and Braised Fennel in a Shellfish Bolognese Sauce and a Ginger Crème
Brûlée.

Haymount House is located at 25 Studio Hill
Road in Briarcliff Manor, NY. The Restaurant is open for dinner
Tuesday-Saturday 5:30pm-10:00pm and Sunday from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm, for lunch
Friday from noon-3:00 pm and for Sunday brunch from 11:30 am-3:00 pm.
