The Turkish Cultural Center of Westchester is sponsoring a 9/11 commemoration program that is open to the public at its headquarters in Elmsford on Thursday.
County Executive Robert Astorino will be the keynote speaker. The event will also feature an award to the county Public Safety Commissioner.
Refreshments will be served.
