Edible Garden Club

Offered exclusively to Stone Barns Center members

Calling all edible gardeners! Are you an active edible gardener who is looking to connect with your local gardening community for instruction, tips and discussion? This club will bring together edible gardeners with all levels of experience for monthly meetings at Stone Barns Center, where participants will work together to plan and manage their gardens. Sessions will focus on year-long garden planning and include in-depth discussions on topics such as seed ordering, propagation, soil fertility, pest management, and season extension. Stone Barns Center head grower Jack Algiere and head gardener Laura Perkins will actively participate in the forums, and Stone Barns greenhouses, fields and gardens will be used as demonstration spaces.

All meetings will be held on the following Thursdays from 5:30 PM–7:00PM:

Annual dues are $125/person, valid from January 2010–December 2010. Please note that space is limited to 20 members per year.
