Meet Phelps' Baby New Year, and His Tarrytown Mom

Congratulations to the family of Andrew James Aquilia, who was born shortly after the stroke of the new year at 12:24 a.m. in Phelps Memorial Hospital.

Mother Allison Emmett was actually scheduled for a C-section much later into January, on the 21st in White Plains Hospital. When she found herself going into early labor she came to Phelps, much closer to her home in Tarrytown.

Phelps is happy to introduce their first baby of 2014.
