Join the THOUSANDS of people who come to enjoy food, crafters, vendors and sidewalk music today as part of the Tarrytown Craft and Food Fair.
Main Street, Sunday, June 3 from 10am till 5 pm, free admission to all.
There will be science demonstrations from local company Regeneron (separating DNA from crushed strawberries!), costumed characters from Philipsburg Manor's upcoming event staged in a really cool tiki hut. And tons of other things to see, do and eat.
Then go up Neperan for more strawberries, this time to eat them: it's the 47th Annual Strawberry Festival at the Historical Society, and across the street in Neperan Park is the Kid Fair, including pony rides.
In the garden at One Grove Street and across the street at Neperan Park, Sunday, June 3, 1 – 4 p.m.
From the Historical Society website:
This community event is a great place to meet old friends and new for a afternoon of strawberry shortcake, lemonade, iced tea and old fashioned fun. As in the past, local musicians will be on hand to entertain our guests. Tickets to the Strawberry Festival are $6 per person and entitle you to a portion of Strawberry shortcake.
At Neperan Park pony rides will be available for $5 and this year there will be a variety of other events at the park for our young festival goers.
Tickets sales help the Society to care for the museum’s collection, the archives and library and continue our school programs.
While visiting us, please take a moment to tour the museum and see our Notable Women’s exhibit. We hope to see you!
