Why Go: Sure we have a great Saturday farmer's market in Patriot's Park already (see below), but now those who may miss this or not be able to come so far have a new option. The market is being organized by Pascale Le Draoulec of Hastings, a food writer and author who runs farmers markets in Chappaqua, Hastings and Irvington. Shoppers will find a wide range of farm fresh fruits and vegetables, farm products such as cheeses, eggs, and meats, as well as prepared foods such as baked goods, sandwiches and salads. Everyone is welcome, though the hospital hopes facility visitors and staff will eat well from the market too.
