Cabs overcharging at the Tarrytown rail stop. It's $4 within Tarrytown. What do we do when this happens? I was told by cab#15 "It's $6 today because it's dangerous." I simply paid because I was extremely tired & COLD after waiting over 40 minutes for bus 13 that never arrived. Thanks
