“How many times in 1 day is too many?” My Esthetician friend laughed at me because it was a very literal and direct question. She knew exactly what I was asking about! I recently invested in a Mia 2 Clarasonic and fell in love with this device! So in love... I knew I had to Blog about it and educate my clients, readers and fans.
The Mia 2 is a compact, user friendly facial cleansing system. In particular, I love that it comes in a travel case so I can take it anywhere! The correct way to use the MIa 2 is to start on the forehead (20 seconds), nose/chin (20 seconds), and both cheeks (10 seconds each). The T-Timer® built into the Mia 2, pulses to prompt you to cleanse the next area of your face.
The Mia 2 comes in a variety of colors and comes with a 1oz travel size cleanser. I love how it creates a very “squeaky clean” feel to my face. In addition, I really enjoyed the 1oz cleanser it came with because like most amazing cleansers this did not leave me feeling dry. My skin felt extremely deeply cleansed while silky smooth almost as if I had moisturized.
I believe that if early teens / pre-adolescent young adults utilized a cleansing system such as the Clarasonic it may be preventive to problematic skin down the road. I also think that the Clarasonic is highly effective when utilized in conjunction with facials. People may find they need facials less frequent when using the Clarasonic.
