With Fred Astaire and Sleepy Hollow Performance Arts studios, dance classes galore at the Y and elsewhere from Argentine to modern, Jill Liflander encouraging everyone to get funky, women dancing through the streets for V-Day Rising on Feb. 14 (coming soon!), and even a recent ballroom dancing competition at the Tarrytown Marriott, perhaps DANCE is the primary mode of artistic expression in our villages.
