Barbara Volkell, 77, of Tarrytown
Volkell, of Tarrytown, was remembered this morning at Coffey Funeral Home and laid to rest in Kensico Cemetery.

Barbara H. Volkell, 77, of Tarrytown died on Jan. 29. Barbara was born on April 14, 1935 in New York City to Joseph and Jesse Zahn Schaeffer.
She had worked for Wachovia Securities in White Plains.

Barbara is survived by her husband Joseph and he daughters JoAnn (Lou) Giordano of Yorktown, Jackie Volkell of Tarrytown and Stephanie Volkell (Greg DeMilia) of Briarcliff Manor. She is also survived by her grandsons Jason Giordano and Kevin DeMilia.
