Filomena Tanzillo, of Sleepy Hollow, Dies
Visitation for Tanzillo be held on Wednesday at Coffey Funeral Home in Tarrytown. Her funeral mass will be held on Thursday at Immaculate Conception Church in Sleepy Hollow.

Filomena Tanzillo, a longtime Sleepy Hollow resident, died May 5, 2013. She was 91.
She was born January 18, 1922 to Alfonse and Theresa Napolitano Passariello in Schenectady, NY. She was a member of the Sleepy Hollow Seniors and had worked as an assembler for Mallory Battery.

She is survived by her brother Al (Judy) Passariello of Sleepy Hollow as well as her sisters Theresa Ippolito of Tarrytown and Adeline (Joseph) Cascio of Cold Spring. She is also survived by her niece Terry (James) Brown of Tarrytown as well as many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Tanzillo, her sister Mary Dandreano, and her brother Saverio Passariello.
Her visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at COFFEY FUNERAL HOME in Tarrytown. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at Immaculate Conception Church in Sleepy Hollow. Her interment follows at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
