The northern Rivertowns did it again! We were triumphant over the southern contingency in this latest Food Fight competition, with little b's in Tarrytown coming out on top with 59 votes out of 197.
Horseman Restaurant in Sleepy Hollow was not far behind, with 53 votes (the difference probably isn't statistically significant, but then again, the entire poll is entirely unscientific and in good fun.)
Sam's Italian Restaurant led the southern Rivertowns with 32 votes.
Other restaurants that got last-minute nominations included: Horsefeathers, Fleetwood Pizzeria, Slices, Half Moon and Dobbs Diner.
And there were a lot of last-minute nods for Doubleday's in Dobbs.
People who nominated the winner, little b's, said the small Main Street burger place was fun, with cute mini-burgers for kids and crayons on the tables. Congrats!
