hudson line commuters should be able to park at county center

have written to the County Executive and Board of Legislators requesting that the Westchester County Center parking lot be made available to Hudson line commuters who want to take the Harlem line to work because the Hudson line will have very limited service as a result of the train accident. This would be an enormous quality of life enhancement for commuters.
