JetBlue now will give credits due to cancellation

UPDATE ON YESTERDAYS E MAIL RE: AIRLINE PROBLEMS-- Yesterday I posted a complaint about an experience I had with JetBlue. Since my posting JetBlue contacted my family. The airline has agreed to give  credits to those who had expenses due to the cancellation (example: flying on another airline to the destination around the same time). I am pleased that the airline leadership has taken this action. All airlines should be required to provide space on the same day of a flight when space is available and the airline cancelling a flight should be required to pay any additional costs since it was not the passenger's fault. All airlines should work together. I hope that the FAA or the United States Department of Transportation will review current policies. And, also hope that our Congressional representatives will give this their attention.
