Village of Sleepy Hollow
Please take notice that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow does hereby call for the continuation of a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 11th, 2014, at 7:00 pm or shortly thereafter, (originally set for Tuesday, January 21st, 2014 and rescheduled to January 28th, 2014, due to inclement weather). Meeting will take place at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York to hear and consider comments from members of the public regarding the adoption of a local law prohibiting the operation of barber shops, haircutting salons, beauty parlors and other similar types of establishments between the hours of 10pm and 7am.

A copy of said proposed local law is available for review at www.sleepyhollowny.gov and at the Village Clerk’s office, Village Hall,
28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, NY.

Residents of the Village of Sleepy Hollow are entitled to attend and be heard at said hearing. Village Hall is accessible to the handicapped.
