Time to capitalize on the headless horseman and sleepy hollow
Nice to see your dedication and enthusiasm in trying to make this town a better place....I've lived in this village all my life and really haven't seen the change it needs because of so much of the bad and misguided politics that goes on within this village.

First of all let's replace the statue that placed " rumor has it" in a spot where the major donor would be able to see to a more appropriate spot. At the top of beekman ave where the clock is now. In fact, there should be a more realistic statue that resembles the legend than someone's artistic interpretation of it (mind you I'm not trying to disparage someone's talent of their art piece). We should at least make the statue more what everyone is expecting, when they arrive in sleepy hollow to experience the legend and it's headless horseman.
Warm regards, concerned citizen.
