Thursday: Phelps Hospital Farmers Market at the Park

Produce is in full array, with corn and tomatoes starting to make their first appearances.  Stop by the market table to taste a salad featuring summer squash in a perhaps new-to-you way.
DoughNation wood-fired pizza will be happy that the heat's been turned down.  Do you know their oven reaches in the range of 900 degrees?  Imagine standing in front of that when it's 90+ on the thermometer!
Rich Brownies has some new flavors; Red Barn Bakery always dazzles with their organic baked goods.  Sohha Greek yogurt of Brooklyn returns; they've been getting some pretty hefty press lately so come check them out.  In addition to organic produce, Gaia's Breath also has eggs, chicken, pork & veal all pasture raised.  Come check out these and more offerings each week.
The market is held every Thursday at the Rockwood Hall entrance on Route 117 behind Phelps Hospital from 11 am - 3pm.
