A big thank you to the voters of Greenburgh for overwhelmingly approving the Sports Bubble at Frank's Nursery.
The voters expressed themselves: they want more recreation...more soccer/lacrosse...cleanup of the old Frank's nursery property...more revenue for the town.
The new sports facility will also be helpful to the golf range--a tremendous asset to our community. Makes Dobbs Ferry Road a destination point for recreation--which is great. I think Game On will also be good for property values -- since people move to a community because of quality of life.
Although the voters spoke and approved the referendum by a large margin, I am more than happy to meet with immediate neighbors to discuss their quality of life concerns.
We want this to be a win-win for the community.
