Phelps Medical Associates, a multi-specialty medical group organized by Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, will hold Open Houses at their Croton-on-Hudson site located at 440 South Riverside Avenue (ShopRite Plaza) during the month of October on the following dates:

Tuesday, October 22, 4 pm - 7 pm
Wednesday, October 30, 4 pm - 7 pm
