On Nov. 17 at 9:01 a.m. a caller reported that a bicyclist had been struck by a car on Wildey Street by Wood Court. The 41-year-old person hit was transported by Tarrytown Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Phelps Memorial Hospital complaining of a hip injury. Officers took photos and filed an accident report.
Lieutenant William Herguth reported no charges to the driver had been made.
In another incident a few days later:
A 911 call came in on Nov. 19 at 1:48 p.m. reporting a 55-year-old pedestrian had been struck by a car at the intersection of North Broadway and Wildey Street. Officers and Tarrytown Volunteer Ambulance Corps responded. New York state accident report filed. Again, no charges were filed, said Herguth.
