Days After Business Burglary Arrest, Tarrytown Police Investigate Another

Tarrytown Police reported the recent arrest of a man who allegedly broke the plate and door glass of Bridge Plaza's Tappan Zee Stationery store in order to run off with about $850

This weekend, North Broadway's Swagat reportedly suffered something similar, according to a post in the Hudson Independent. Though this burglar reportedly got away with only about $100-$150 after breaking through Swagat's glass sometime overnight on Sunday.

HI reports that the business was open for dinner service on Monday, but claims about $1,000 in damages from the break-in.

Tarrytown Police have not issued any update, but the store manager told HI that the burglar's face was covered in the video they have from their store security.
