Former WCBS-TV News Anchor Rob Morrison Arrested Again

Former WCBS-TV news anchor Rob Morrison, arrested a year ago in a domestic violence case, was charged Monday with violating a court order that prohibited him from calling his wife in Darien, police announced.

Over several days in May, Morrison placed more than 100 calls to his wife, Darien police said in a Tuesday news release. Ashley Morrison, his wife, was previously an anchor for CBS MoneyWatch The calls were made both to her residence on Hollow Tree Ridge Road and to her cell phone, police said.

A judge in state Superior Court in Stamford, issued an arrest warrant charging Morrison, 46, now of 50 Forest St., Stamford, with one count of criminal violation of a protective order and one count of second-degree harassment.

His bond was set at $50,000, with a court appearance scheduled for Tuesday, June 17 (today).

This story goes to show you that looks can be deceiving. Make up or no make up on this guy and he looks sane in my opinion. Although he's probably dealing with an ex-wife who's just as crazy if not worse than him. I just find it crazy that I would see this man as a broadcaster all the time, having no idea what was going on in his personal life. Break ups and divorce are some crazy times and make people go overboard to the point of insanity. Hope all goes well in case with regards to his children.
