A Central Avenue man was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a child.

Tarrytown police responded to a call for a possible domestic dispute and arrested an allegedly highly intoxicated man on multiple charges, including endangering the welfare of a child.

Someone called police about a dispute on Central Avenue on Feb. 1 at 11:47 p.m. Officers on the scene requested additional officers to assist with a man they described as violent and disorderly.

Police arrested Oscar Espinoza, 33, and transported him to headquarters. At 3:20 a.m., they requested medical assistance to evaluate the man's intoxication.

Espinosa was charged with:

  • disorderly conduct,
  • resisting arrest,
  • and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was held overnight pending arraignment and brought to county jail in the morning on $500 bail.
