Sleepy Hollow Police made two arrests of men driving without a license, one a four-time scofflaw.
On March 5, at 1:13 p.m. officers stopped a car on Howard Street whose driver had a revoked license, with six instances of failing to pay debts or answer summonses on four different dates.
Police impounded the man's car and brought him to headquarters. Here the 47-year-old Sleepy Hollow resident was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree.
Later that day at 8:17 p.m., officers stopped a car on Valley Street whose driver was found to have a suspended license.
The 51-year-old man from Pleasantville was also charged with AUO in the third degree, and his car was impounded.
