The reported the following incidents:
5:13 p.m. Police received a report that petit larceny had occurred at the Tarrytown YMCA sometime in the previous two hours. A North Face jacket and an iPhone were stolen from a woman's locker. No suspects were immediately identified. The items stolen were valued at approximately $300.
12:14 p.m. Criminal mischief was reported by a woman who stated that her 2009 Honda had been damaged overnight in the parking lot of 330 South Broadway. The woman had parked her car in good condition, in the morning she noticed key mark scratches along the entire length of her car's driver side. The woman said there had been previous problems in the parking lot involving damaged cars.
11:01 a.m. A Valhalla resident turned himself into police headquarters on an active warrant for violating parole. The man was handed over to parole officers.
12:41 a.m. A Sleepy Hollow man was arrested after making a criminal mischief complaint. The man was found to have been driving with a suspended license. The man was cited and given a court date.
3:21 p.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported at 400 Benedict Avenue. The vehicle, a gray Camry, was on private property and the property owner had to make arrangements to have the car removed.
2:26 p.m. Tarrytown police arrested a 25-year-old EF student for disorderly conduct. The student was caught urinating in public in the South Washington street parking lot. The man was released with a court date.
7:46 p.m. Police arrested an Elmsford man after receiving a call about an erratic driver on White Plains Road. Police pulled over the car, which had been swerving, and detained the driver on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. When police took the man to headquarters, he refused a breathalyzer test. The man was released to a responsible party and given a return court date.
10:50 a.m. A petit larceny in the past was reported by staff at Walgreens. The manager reported that a highly intoxicated woman came into the store and stole two bottles of wine. The incident was recorded on video and the perpetrator was clearly identifiable. The suspected was contacted and later arrested. The Sleepy Hollow woman was released with a court date.
10:29 a.m. A DPW driver called police to report a woman on the ground claiming to have been hit by a village garbage truck on Eunice Court and Millbrook Avenue. Officers arrived and found the woman complaining of pain in her right leg. The woman was transported to Westchester Medical Center. The truck driver said at no time did he see the woman crossing the street. The woman said she was crossing south on Millbrook when she was struck by the truck's front left bumper, causing her to fall to the ground.
2:15 a.m. Police stopped an Acura Legend on West Elizabeth Street for a traffic violation. The driver, a Tarrytown man, was found to be in possession of marijuana. The man was booked and released to his mother with a return court date.
6:33 p.m. Police arrested a Bronxville woman for driving with a suspended license and a suspended registration. The BMW she was driving was towed and the defendant was later released with a court date.
9:15 a.m. Police executed a warrant arrest on a Mt. Vernon resident who had previously been arrested for DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The man was sent to county jail to await his court date.
6:45 p.m. Damage to a vehicle parked at 330 South Broadway was reported. The damaged was unspecified, but was done to the rear quarter panel. A case was filed on the incident. No suspects.
7:19 a.m. A caller reported a loose dog in front of her Windle Park residence. Officers secured the and brought it to police headquarters where the owner eventually picked it up.
