Update: Police Arrest Three Tarrytowners for Alleged Drug Sale at Village Hall

A marijuana sale allegedly taking place right in front of Tarrytown's Village Hall, where police are headquartered on the side of the same building, was stopped by Greenburgh task force members.

Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force officers reported to Tarrytown police on Sept. 5 at 7:50 p.m. that they several defendants under arrest for criminal sale of marijuana in the second degree and unlawful possession of three small bags of marijuana.

Two men, one 18 and one age not released by police, both of Tarrytown, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and were released with a court date. 

A third man, Michael T. Wilcher, age 23, also of Tarrytown, was charged with criminal sale of marijuana in the second degree, a D felony, and held for arraignment. He was brought to Westchester County Jail with bail set at $5,000 cash.
