Six pillar lights illuminating the RiverWalk on Tarrytown's riverfront were damaged or destroyed, police report.
The recreation department supervisor reported to Tarrytown police that between the dates of Sunday, August 4 and Thursday, August 8, the lights had been either knocked over completely or their tops knocked off.
Police took photos and filed a criminal mischief case.
Last August, police also received a citizen complaint about four broken bollard lights along the same stretch of RiverWalk.
