A search warrant was then used to look through the Tarrytown residence which bore a big find, police said.
Lt. William Herguth said police retrieved from the residence:
- two bags of Psilocybin mushrooms,
- 36 small bags of marijuana,
- and one jar with 1+ ounce of marijuana.
Almost a week later, police nabbed him on a felony criminal sale charge as well.
The Task Force on Oct. 9 reported the arrest of Isaksen for criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third, another B felony charge.
Note: An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
