Sean Ward Pleads Guilty to Easter Sunday Shooting

As his trial was beginning Wednesday in Westchester County Court, Sean Ward reportedly decided to plead guilty to the three felony charges against him.

Lucian Chalfen, spokesperson for the District Attorney's office, confirmed that Ward, 30, now faces 12 years of state prison for the incident outside a Beekman Avenue bar that left two men with gunshot wounds on March 31 around 3:37 a.m.

Ward's charges:

  • two counts of attempted murder in the second degree,
  • and one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the second.
