Greenburgh police found the Jeep on Green Road with severe front end damage, indicating it may have been involved in multiple recent accidents.

Police were unable to find the registered owner in the area, but then they found him at home, describing him as "heavily intoxicated and uncooperative."

Police couldn't make an arrest at the time due to having no driver verification at the time of the incident, but they forwarded the case to detectives.

Police issued him a summons for leaving the scene of an accident on Oct. 29.

They forwarded the case to the building department.
