He sent her the message and then drove to his parent's house in Sleepy Hollow, where he parked his car and walked away.

Police went to College Avenue to check the car and didn't find him. They were given his photo to help find him.

Police contacted his cell phone provider to attempt to ping his cell phone location but couldn't since it was turned off. The last known location was at College Avenue.

At 6 p.m. the wife reported she got a tip that her husband may be at Valley Street.

Police found the man, 36, walking in front of Chestnut Street and had him taken by ambulance to Westchester Medical Center for psychological evaluation.

Stolen Shovels

A caller on Jan. 1 at 9:55 p.m. reported two snow shovels had been taken from his front porch on Wildey Street.
