A small fire on the second floor of an apartment building at 22 Kaldenberg Place was under control as of 10:19 p.m. Monday when Patch spoke to Fire Chief Eugene Gasparre.
The alert came through for mutual aid at 9:22 p.m. Respondants included all Tarrytown units, Ardsley and Sleepy Hollow fire departments, Westchester County Control, Tarrytown Police, and the Tarrytown Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
The fire, said Gasparre, was contained to the apartment and "we knocked it down very quickly."
