Tarrytown Police Charge Sleepy Hollow Man with Felony Stolen Property Possession

Police detectives reported the arrest on July 12 of Sleepy Hollow resident, John J. Girasek, 24, on charges of:

  • Criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth, an E-felony
  • and identity theft, a Class A misdemeanor. 
Tarrytown Police Lt. William Herguth said Girasek was found with a credit card that was not his but he had been using.

He was released with a court date.
