Tarrytown Police: Inspection Stickers Stolen

A summary of incidents in Tarrytown August 13 through Sept. 20, 2012

The following information was supplied by the Tarrytown Police Department.

65 Inspection Stickers Stolen

Sixty-five inspection stickers were reported, and confirmed by police, to be stolen from the Tarrytown Honda dealership on South Broadway. Police filed a grand larceny case on Sept. 13 at 11:50 a.m.

Road Rage

A woman reported being involved in a brief dispute with a pedestrian as she was driving on Main Street on Sept. 13. She called police at 8:29 p.m. shortly after. She was going eastbound on Main Street at John Street when a man, approximately 45-years-old, yelled “I’m going to kill you, bitch” and then hit her trunk with his hand, causing no damage.

The caller did note that this may have been the result of her not seeing the party in the crosswalk.
